Welcome to Nova Connects. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Services
Nova Connects provides marketing, branding, design, digital, and related services as agreed in writing. Scope of work will be confirmed in a proposal or contract before commencement.
2. Payments
All fees are agreed in advance and payable according to the terms set out in the invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of work or additional fees.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals.
Delays in providing information may impact project timelines and delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, designs, and materials remain the property of Nova Connects until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, rights to agreed deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated.
Nova Connects reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional material.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
6. Revisions & Changes
Proposals include a set number of revisions (outlined in the project scope).
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra costs.
7. Timelines
We strive to meet agreed deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., late client feedback, technical issues, third-party delays).
8. Liability
Nova Connects will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of final materials before public release.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
The client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
