UBX Wembley came to us with a clear mission, grow fast and grow smart. With just 130 active members, their goal was to scale to 250+, build a consistent member pipeline, and increase brand awareness in a competitive fitness market. Despite offering a unique, world-class boxing and strength training experience, UBX Wembley lacked local visibility and a clear digital strategy to showcase what made them different. They didn’t just need more content — they needed more conversions. Nova Connects was brought in to amplify their voice, refine their messaging, and drive results through targeted content, community-focused campaigns, and strategic social media execution.

We refreshed UBX Wembley’s brand voice to reflect its “Train Different. Feel Empowered.” mission, making it more relatable and approachable. Our team developed a content-driven social strategy using Reels, carousels, and coach-led storytelling to showcase the real member experience. We launched a high-impact 6-Week Challenge campaign with clear CTAs, landing pages, and follow-up systems to drive conversions. Meta ads were used to target local audiences with tailored messaging focused on transformation, community, and flexibility. We increased daily engagement by promoting coach lineups, weekly sessions, and behind-the-scenes content to keep members connected. Strategic use of testimonials and user-generated content built social proof and encouraged referrals. We highlighted UBX Wembley’s flexible training model — no class times, all levels welcome — across all channels. By combining storytelling, strategy, and targeted outreach, we helped drive membership growth and boost brand visibility across Wembley.
