Heavenly Desserts is one of the UK's most recognisable premium dessert brands — known for its show-stopping menu, luxurious dine-in experience, and loyal customer base that spans across the country. Nova Connects partnered with the Wembley Park branch to build a social media presence worthy of the brand's reputation, and to turn that presence into consistent, measurable footfall.

The Challenge

When we came on board, the Wembley Park branch had the product, the space, and the ambition — but needed a sharper digital identity to cut through in a competitive local market. The goal was clear: build a loyal online community, increase brand visibility in the Wembley area, and drive more people through the door.

Our Approach

We took full ownership of the branch's social media strategy across Instagram, developing a content system built around three pillars: aesthetic product storytelling, community connection, and trend-led engagement formats.

Every piece of content was crafted to stop the scroll — from cinematic close-up reels of their signature desserts to behind-the-scenes moments that made followers feel part of the Heavenly Desserts world. We stayed ahead of platform trends, integrating viral audio, seasonal hooks, and location-based targeting to consistently reach new local audiences while deepening loyalty with existing fans.

Our content planning process ensured a steady cadence of posts, stories, and reels — maintaining momentum and keeping the brand top of mind across the week, not just at weekends.

Community & Engagement

Growth isn't just about reach — it's about connection. We actively managed the community, responding to comments, engaging with local creators, and fostering the kind of two-way conversation that turns followers into regulars. User-generated content was encouraged and amplified, giving real customers a voice and adding authenticity to the brand's feed.
